To register call Adriana (619) 600-3792 or visit our Chula Vista Offices (address below) between 9:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. You are also welcome to attend our training sessions where Alma is available to accept your registration papers. Player birth certificate required for registration.
