The trip to Japan is over for the Club Tijuana Xoloitzcuintles Under-12 team but it was well worth it. The Xoloitzcuintles finished in Third Place of the Junior Soccer World Championships in Japan. It beat Japan’s Football Association’s Osaka developmental squad 2-1 to clinch the Third Place spot.
Omar Bastos scored in the 18th minute and a JFF own goal helped the young Xoloitzcuintles to the win. Congratulations!!
